The teachers are facing
struggle to survive and the education has become a business. A teacher usually
be sharp in his skills with the passage of time. The skills can never be
improved without experiencing the practical difficulties. Nobody can copy the art
of a skilled person and the skilled person is known for his unique personality.
The 'leaves of progress' portal is committed to aware youth to develop their
own skills instead of copying others. Let us discuss a story on struggle in
life of teachers and how the struggle in itself providing opportunities to
develop unique personality.
Picasso was a great
artist born in Spain. His paintings were sold in crores of rupees in the
countries around the world.
पिकासो (Picasso) स्पेन में जन्मे एक अति प्रसिद्ध चित्रकार थे। उनकी पेंटिंग्स दुनिया भर में करोड़ों और अरबों रुपयों में बिका करती थीं...!!
One day when Picasso was
going somewhere, a lady identified him and she was fan of him due to his
paintings. She asked Picasso how he created wonderful paintings and she would
like to have a painting for her.
एक दिन रास्ते से गुजरते समय एक महिला की नजर पिकासो पर पड़ी और संयोग से उस महिला ने उन्हें पहचान लिया। वह दौड़ी हुई उनके पास आयी और बोली, 'सर, मैं आपकी बहुत बड़ी फैन हूँ। आपकी पेंटिंग्स मुझे बहुत ज्यादा पसंद हैं। क्या आप मेरे लिए भी एक पेंटिंग बनायेंगे...!!?'
Since Picasso has nothing
in his hands to make an instant painting for her, but due to the demand of the
lady he has to agree for making a painting.
पिकासो हँसते हुए बोले, 'मैं यहाँ खाली हाथ हूँ। मेरे पास कुछ भी नहीं है। मैं फिर कभी आपके लिए एक पेंटिंग बना दूंगा..!!' लेकिन उस महिला ने भी जिद पकड़ ली, 'मुझे अभी एक पेंटिंग बना दीजिये, बाद में पता नहीं मैं आपसे मिल पाऊँगी या नहीं।'
Piccasso took a tiny
paper and drafted a unique painting with his art on that paper within 10
minutes. That painting was very popular in those days and due to his
experience, he too very little time to draft the same. He gave the painting to
that lady and told him that the painting worth $1 million.
पिकासो ने जेब से एक छोटा सा कागज निकाला और अपने पेन से उसपर कुछ बनाने लगे। करीब 10 मिनट के अंदर पिकासो ने पेंटिंग बनायीं और कहा, 'यह लो, यह मिलियन डॉलर की पेंटिंग है।'
That lady strangely
looked at Picasso how he is claiming too high rate of a painting drafted in 10
minutes. She took the painting and went to her home.
महिला को बड़ा अजीब लगा कि पिकासो ने बस 10 मिनट में जल्दी से एक काम चलाऊ पेंटिंग बना दी है और बोल रहे हैं कि मिलियन डॉलर की पेंटिग है। उसने वह पेंटिंग ली और बिना कुछ बोले अपने घर आ गयी..!!
The lady thought that
Picasso was making a joke. She went to the market and tried to know the price
of that painting. She shocked and surprised to know that the painting was
really of $1 million.
उसे लगा पिकासो उसको पागल बना रहा है। वह बाजार गयी और उस पेंटिंग की कीमत पता की। उसे बड़ा आश्चर्य हुआ कि वह पेंटिंग वास्तव में मिलियन डॉलर की थी...!!
She ran to the Picasso
and told him that really the painting was worth of $1 million.
वह भागी-भागी एक बार फिर पिकासो के पास आयी और बोली, 'सर आपने बिलकुल सही कहा था। यह तो मिलियन डॉलर की ही पेंटिंग है।'
At this reaction of the
lady, Picasso laughed and replied that he was not making a joke. The lafy asked
Picasso to make her the student for learning the art of painting like him. She
would also draft paintings of $1 million in 10 minutes. She would become richer
soon even if she draft such paintings in 10 hours instead of 10 minutes.
पिकासो ने हँसते हुए कहा,'मैंने तो आपसे पहले ही कहा था।' वह महिला बोली, 'सर, आप मुझे अपनी स्टूडेंट बना लीजिये और मुझे भी पेंटिंग बनानी सिखा दीजिये। जैसे आपने 10 मिनट में मिलियन डॉलर की पेंटिंग बना दी, वैसे ही मैं भी 10 मिनट में न
सही, 10 घंटे में ही अच्छी पेंटिंग बना सकूँ, मुझे ऐसा बना दीजिये।'
Picasso laughed and
replied, the painting he drafted in 10 minutes was learned to be drafted in 30
years of hard work. In case she wanted to learn, she will also had to invest 30
years of her life.
पिकासो ने हँसते हुए कहा, _'यह पेंटिंग, जो मैंने 10 मिनट में बनायी है_ ..._इसे सीखने में मुझे 30 साल का समय लगा है_। _मैंने अपने जीवन के 30 साल सीखने में दिए हैं_ ..!! तुम भी दो, सीख जाओगी..!!
वह महिला अवाक् और निःशब्द होकर पिकासो को देखती रह गयी...!!
A teacher who delivers a
good lecture in 40 minutes, the learnings he communicates in students and
trainees are not the learnings learned in 40 minutes. He is supposed to go
through the literature and practical exposure he gained through experience
before delivering a good lecture session.
एक अध्यापक को 40 मिनट के लेक्चर की जो तनख्वाह दी जाती है, वो इस कहानी को बयां करती है।
The society cannot pay
for the contribution a teacher makes in building the nation. The teachers
should not be discouraged by looking as if they are doing nothing more than
discussion on chapters and syllabus.
समाज समझता है कि बस बोलना ही तो होता है अध्यापक को मुफ्त की नौकरी है।
The life of a teacher has
always remained full of struggle.
